It’s time to move on to bigger and better things. But first, you need to sell your house. There are several documents that your buyer’s attorney will require and MacAskill Law, PLLC can do that for you. Our services include:
Purchase and Sale Contract
- Review any contract and help make sure what you’re signing is in your best interest
- Prepare Warranty Deed, Property Transfer Tax Return, Smoke/Carbon Monoxide Certificate, Tax Bill, Zoning Compliance Letter, Payoff Statements, and other miscellaneous tax forms
- All documents will be at the place of your closing (usually buyer’s attorney’s office) by closing day for you to sign
- We can either attend closing with you or be available by phone, whichever you prefer
